چکیده
The cDNA coding for dog thyrotropin (TSH) receptor was cloned from a dog thyroid library. The cloning procedure was based on the method described previously (Libert et al., 1989). The clone presented here was unambiguously identified as the thyrotropin receptor by expression in oocytes and culture cells (Parnentier et al., 1989).
